It’s nice to meet you!

One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is seeing the small shifts towards positive change throughout the course of treatment. Therapy, to me, is not a quick or easy process, it’s a journey to which you take one small step at a time.

My passion lies in providing a safe space for kids, families, and adults to settle in, reflect, process, and learn how to care for the self and the relationships around them.

I value creativity, joy, humor and play within therapy. Though I can offer traditional talk therapy, I find that my best work is done through experiential and expressive ways. My sessions tend to be non-directive, relational, and collaborative. You are the expert in your life and I am one tool in your toolbox to help facilitate change.

I lean on the following modalities to guide treatment: Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have experience with: Anxiety, Depression, Neurodiversity, Life Stressors/Adjustments, Grief, Relational Issues/Attachment, and Blended Families/Navigating Divorce.

Outside the therapy session, you can find me outside with my dog + husband, sharing coffee or a meal with friends and family, and attending live comedy and concerts.
